Shenzhen Pengding Times Building project consists of Headquarters Office Tower A (31 floors, height 141.75m), Tower B (25 floors, height 115.55m) and a commercial podium connecting the two towers. The sponge city design concept (70% runoff control rate, 59.5% permeable paving rate) is fully implemented, and large areas of site greenery and up to 60% rooftop greenery are set up to provide a lush natural environment for the site. The working environment is no longer limited to the desk, it may happen in the cafe downstairs. The overhead floor of the tower serves as a sky garden, providing a comfortable and pleasant green activity space for users and promoting people to communicate and interact and share resources.
