The park is based on the existing mangroves and fish ponds, and through the installation of different forms of tour routes such as air bridges, wetland stacks, hiking trails, etc., linking artificial wetlands, freshwater wetlands, brackish and freshwater wetlands, and fish ponds wetlands, creating a "mangrove neighbourhood" where people, birds and forests "look at each other without disturbing each other". ecological community". The park is divided into five landscape zones, including a core conservation area, a wetland buffer zone, a wetland experience zone, a management service zone and a mountain forest experience zone.

The park is a water-themed wetland park with a good ecological environment and diverse wetland landscape resources, making the bridges and walkways made of ordinary materials that are easily decayed and require products with minimal environmental impact.
