Rizhao Kui Shan Sports Centre, as the main venue of the 25th Shandong Provincial Games, is located in the Rizhao Development Zone, Shandong Province.

The sports centre consists of three parts: the stadium, the sports school and the sports street, with a total construction area of 142,981 square metres. Among them, there are 4 floors above ground with a construction area of 63,500 square metres and 1 floor underground with a construction area of 66,350 square metres. The playing area is 21,000 square metres and the football pitch is an 11-a-side 105m x 68m natural turf standard football pitch.
